This Hermit Oracle card is one of peace, the essence of solitude and meditation/quieting the mind. It is representative of our capacity to go within and become aware in the cave and space of our heart. (Heart Chakra)

Many of the answers to our problems lie within, this card is an invitation to taking the time to connect with ourselves and feel comfortable and safe alone. It is heeding us to recognize that if we do not dedicate this time independently, that we will not be able to hear the messages, wisdom and guidance that is rising up inside us. The sitting, cross-legged meditation position is a form to hold as we harness the power of a personal and sacred meditation practice. The 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚 symbol behind him represents the union and polarity of the 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞 and 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 energies, also known as 𝐲𝐢𝐧/𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠, as well as Divine support from the Mother; in a state of ‘being’, and Father; in a state of ‘doing’.

So you are being guided to take a step back at this time. If you are working on bringing something together, your over-involvement could impede the process, so retreat and breathe. If you have something to say or do that could have a larger impact on your life, spend some time in deep thought - even contemplation, before moving forward. Often when we rush in, we don’t see how destructive our actions can be. So meditate and listen to your soul‘s wisdom before proceeding further.’
